I wish old Bone Spur would make up his mind. One week he says, yes, he wants all of his advisers and aids to testify. The next week, we hear that his lawyers have instructed Steve Bannon’s lawyers to tell Steve Bannon not to testify. Why doesn’t he want him to testify? The dude is going to give me whiplash.

We need something new
I’d like to know if there is any way Waukegan can get a Panera restaurant. There’s space up at Lakehurst by Walmart, and there’s plenty of empty spaces around Waukegan. Please, please, please try hard to bring Panera Bread here. I don’t want to go to Lake Bluff. I don’t want to go to Gurnee. I don’t want to go to Kenosha or Pleasant Prairie. I want to support my town, Waukegan. So please try to bring in a Panera Bread Company. They offer soups, salads, sandwiches, flat bread pizzas. We need something new and exciting here. Please, bring in Panera.
Chivalry lives
Chivalry is not dead yet. I was out mowing my front lawn. I live off of State Road and a gentleman pulled in my drive and said, “Please dear, let me do your lawn for you.” I was overwhelmed with the kindness of this man from Gurnee who had just been to the marble store across the road. I thanked him. There’s no charge. You shouldn’t be doing this. Well, I was quite taken back by his offer, but I still mowed it myself. He must have been raised with manners and consideration, especially for older people.
