Put an end to fraud: I am all in favor of everyone paying their fair share of property tax, but there are many who have fraudulently claimed 100% disability and thereby pay zero property tax. This causes the rest of us to pay more to make up the difference. This needs to be promptly investigated and prosecuted.
Playing the long con: For all my dislike of the former president, I will give him one thing. He played the long con better than anyone I have ever seen, and I have lived a while. He is using all his lies about the election to just keep pulling that money into his money pot, and all you people out there who support him, congratulations, you’ve been had by a master.
Words or actions: How many politicians talk of taxing the rich? Aren’t they the same ones that wrote all of the loopholes into the tax laws?
Biden’s no poster boy: There was a headline that read: “Biden gets COVID-19 booster shot, urges others to do so.” Wow! With all his past negative, anti-USA decisions since he’s been president, I don’t think Biden’s “undecideds” will be rushing to get theirs. Face it, Biden is not a good poster boy for any vaccinations.
One proven, one not: Christians often confuse origin with evolution. They are separate issues. Many theories abound about origin. God, of course, is one of them. Nothing has been proved as of yet. However, when it comes to evolution, we know with absolute certainty that man came from a common-esque ancestor many thousands of years ago. So don’t try to conflate the two to create a false narrative, assuming that since one can’t be proved the other is moot.

Enough with the siren: Am I the only one that’s hearing a siren blow constantly throughout a Bears game and gets bothered? I know there was a past tradition when a former mayor or fire commissioner told them to blow the sirens when I believe someone won a World Series. However, today those sirens are supposed to be weather related. It’s bad enough that Fox has such bad microphones for their analysts, but the sirens only add to the aggravation.
