Hiding the smoking guns? Kevin McCarthy, why is it you are asking communication companies to ignore the Jan. 6 investigative subpoenas? It is a known fact that many Republicans had private conversations with Donald Trump on that day.
Weakest link debate: Endangered species at the Brookfield Zoo are being vaccinated to protect them from the COVID-19 virus and there wasn’t a single objection heard from the entire group. Has the time come to reconsider the weakest link in the animal kingdom as it now appears the obvious choice is no longer behind the plexiglass windows!
Things are backwards: We are living in an “ineptocracy.” A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing numbers of producers!
Ignoring disaster help: How many people would turn down free insurance on their home against a disaster such as the fires out west have caused? Use that same logic and apply the stupidity of those who ignore the importance of getting the COVID-19 inoculation. Taking no action and substituting excuses doesn’t protect anyone from that possible disaster!
Pot calling kettle black: Critics say that Democrats will vote for anyone, whether qualified for office or not, as long as they are Democrat. Isn’t that exactly what the Republicans did in the 2016 presidential election?
Biden’s a dictator: Joe Biden isn’t for the USA or the American people. He’s a dictator. He’s making numerous poor decisions. He needs a mental exam.
Complicated truth: Christians, Jews and Muslims have all made claims, at one time or another, to the Holy Land. Christians fought the Crusades over it. Muslims had been the majority there for hundreds of years prior to the creation of the Israel after World War II. Jews claim God made the area the promised land, supported by their interpretation of Scripture. Truth is that even if one accepts the biblical promise to the descendants of Abraham, followers of all three religions can trace their history back to him. To advance peace in the Middle East, these three religions have to make peace with that truth.
