Make America well again
If you don’t want to wear a mask and you don’t want to vaccinate, fine. We don’t want to infringe on your precious rights. But when it comes down to businesses and companies requiring this, then that’s your problem, not theirs. Don’t infringe on their rights to not serve you or employ you. Spread your fatal germs elsewhere. The rest of us want to be a solution to this virus, not a part of the problem as you are. Good grief, wake up. Get onboard the non-COVID train. Make America well again.
Nothing changes
No arrests have been made. No one is in custody. Familiar words that lead to continued violence. Disheartening for the communities and families. It will get no better. Cameras and retaliation, who’s winning? We see, we know and too bad. Nothing changes.
Some suggestions
Don’t want to wear a mask? That’s not the tip of the iceberg. That is the iceberg. Worldwide, governments need to pass mandatory laws to slow climate change now. Bring back sidewalks, walking, local grocery stores, birth control for men, no drive-thru restaurants or delivery and more. Remember the movie “WALL-E?” Take a good look at it. It’s for real now, or you’ll drown in your recliner with the TV remote in your hand.
No warnings
I cannot be the only one. How do weather forecasters and organizations have jobs? Its very obvious that they cannot predict the weather. Look what just happened. Yes, they said there would be rain but not what actually happened. In some places, there was twice what they predicated, not to mention the tornadoes with no warnings.
Asking for a friend
So, will U.S. Rep Brad Schneider’s hometown of Deerfield be taking in some of the former residents of Afghanistan, or from south of the border? That way, he and his neighbors can lead by example, and show the less privileged communities in Lake County how to handle the surge of folks needing homes, jobs, health care, schooling for their kids and money. Asking for a friend.
Waukegan the victim
Want to revitalize downtown Waukegan? Forget the casino dream, it’s time has come and gone. Instead, open a cannabis shop, and watch the sales climb. You would not believe all the Wisconsin cars at the Rise cannabis store in Mundelein. I suggest using the empty storefront downtown, right across the street from the Genesee Theatre. It’s a good, large size. So let’s get with the program, be proactive, and stop being Waukegan the victim.
Say neigh to deworming meds
My Florida Trumplican friends now worshipping Gov. Ron DeSantis are dropping like flies from COVID. They don’t get it, that medicine to deworm horses and ingesting or injecting cleaning products don’t work. Worms are in stomachs, not lungs. COVID is in lungs. They won’t wear masks, but they’ll take deworming medicine for horses? And people here complain about Pritzker and Fauci?
