Stay home

I perfectly happy to show proof of my COVID-19 vaccination to go to restaurants and concerts. I’m doing my patriotic duty to stop this virus, and I want the perks of being vaccinated. Those who don’t want to be part of the solution need to stay home so the rest of us can get on with our lives.

Things will never change

The recent colorblind item for me was spot-on. It should not matter for a business based on color, etc., but on the service, product and cost. Those that feel it should matter may need to check their motivations at the door. It should not matter to we as Americans at all levels. If we cannot get around the race-card, things will never change.

Stupid people

My God, all I see on the news — and it’s not fact news — is that our health care workers are being overworked because of all the patients coming in with the virus who are not vaccinated. These stupid people who fight getting a vaccination are exposing themselves, their children and everyone they come in contact with to getting the virus. What is wrong with people? Don’t they listen to the science about it? And then you have these idiot politicians, such as Ted Cruz down in Texas, that support not getting the vaccination. We should put all of these unvaccinated people on another planet or island and let them infect themselves, not us.

You will probably die

Hey Trumplicans and conservatives: Get the shot, or don’t get the shot. I couldn’t care less. If we get another variant, they’ll come out with another vaccine and I will get another shot. You will probably die.

Furious

Quick question: Is Waukegan ever going to do anything about these little “Fast & Furious” type cars with the super loud mufflers, the loud music rolling through our once quiet neighborhood, blowing stop signs, going 50, 60 and 70 mph through the neighborhood? Is Waukegan ever going to do anything about it?

President Little

People, do you remember the story of Chicken Little? Read it. It’s a children’s book and this is Biden, our Chicken Little. And we have people that are following suit.
