Capitol attack
I hope nobody forgets who attacked our Capitol, threatened elected officials, assaulted the police, committed multiple murders and wanted to hang Mike Pence. It wasn’t Muslims. It wasn’t Mexicans. It wasn’t BLM. It wasn’t Antifa. It wasn’t liberals. It was white Trump supporters.
Remove Rep. Greene
We need to remove (U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor) Greene from office. To allow anyone who leans toward the Holocaust or something similar to (compare) what we are trying to do to get people vaccinated is uncivilized, and totally against everything the American flag stands for. Get her out and keep her out. She’s a total embarrassment to the American way of life and we certainly don’t need people like her in office. For God’s sake, what are her children going to think of their mother when they grow up and think for themselves. Right now they are being brain washed.
Border control
Now it’s being reported by an immigrant in Congress to defund and go after the folks that keep our borders safe. I’ve been their and done it. You as a member of Congress have no idea of the threats, etc. that are faced every day. All you see is your politics and as an immigrant you should know that. Do your job and oath as they do. Protecting America should be your priority. But then again you and the other three are not for America.
Gas prices
I don’t know what’s wrong with our country here. Ever since the Democrats took over, things went haywire. I mean look at the gas prices. Almost $1.50 more a gallon since he took over. $3.45 a gallon? Give me a break. I can’t afford this. You Democrats, or whoever it is, need to combine here to get that gas line opened back up again. This is insane, these gas prices. What’s wrong with you guys? You were supposed to work for us. We don’t work for you. I guess you guys think we work for you so you can just keep taxing and taxing and take our money. No, it don’t work that way. Somebody’s got to go. The president and vice president got to go.
The ‘leave’ argument
Ah, the old “If you don’t like it here then leave” argument. Such a lazy, ignorant tact. Why put the effort into improving things, when everything is good for you? If you don’t like what the government is doing now, then leave.
Cartoon column
They ought to put this column in the cartoon section. Republicans have long denied climate change and any and all regulations. Now you want the Democrats to make heat waves and building collapses their priority. Take their minds off that silly insurrection, I mean Capitol tour. You have tried to subvert our democracy and you talk about priorities. Trump is attempting to overturn a legal election in front of your eyes yet you still don’t see. Hilarious.
Trump and the vaccine
I wish this paper would quit kissing Biden’s (expletive) and tell the truth about the virus. It wasn’t Biden that did anything, Trump is the one that started it. Trump is the one that said he would get it going and get it done and he did. It wasn’t Biden. Trump did it. The only difference is Trump was put out of office before he could have pushed harder to make sure everybody got it. And you know what, if Trump was still here, people would have all had it. Biden takes the credit for something he did not do.
