Arrests
Nathan Testa, 36, of the 7800 block of Cortland Street, Elmwood Park on June 14 was charged with retail theft after shoplifting items from Pet Supplies Plus, 1748 N. Harlem Ave., police said.

Ariahn Hunt, 23, of the 2300 block of Harlem Avenue, Elmwood Park, on June 10 was charged with domestic violence, police said.
River Grove
Property damage
The bottom of an overhead garage door of a home in the 3000 block of Boyle Terrace on June 14 was damaged.
A man, who appeared to be intoxicated, punched out the plexiglass window of the drive-thru at McDonald’s, 8800 Grand Ave., on June 10 when an employee refused to serve him because he was on foot and not in a vehicle. The man was last seen walking south on River Road.
Theft
A woman, on June 12, picked up a wallet off the floor at Blackstone Café, 8535 W. Grand Ave., put the cash and contents into her brassiere, put the wallet back on the floor and left. The wallet’s owner, who had lost the item at the gaming machine, got some of the cash back when he found the suspect at a nearby apartment, but other contents were thrown out.
A package was reported stolen June 5 from the front porch of a home in the 3000 block of Thatcher Avenue.
