The Hinsdale Public Library board is looking to fill a recently vacant trustee spot, according to an email release from the library.
Amy Glynn, who was reelected as library trustee for a second term in April moved out of Hinsdale, leaving her seat up for grabs.
“The library board has the responsibility of appointing a replacement who will serve as trustee until the next election, in April 2023,” reads the library’s statement.
Molly Castor, Marketing & Outreach Manager at Hinsdale Public Library said their goal is to have the position filled by the August 17 board meeting.
Interested applicants must email a completed form, which can be found at hinsdalelibrary.info/board2, by June 11. The form can also be submitted by paper. The board will contact candidates for online interviews.
