Adele and her ex-husband, Simon Konecki, have reportedly agreed to share joint custody of their 8-year-old son.
According to the divorce judgment, which was obtained by TMZ, neither party will pay spousal support.

The English music superstar, who was recently named U.K.’s bestselling female artist of the 21st century, filed for divorce in September 2019 after secretly tying the knot with her longtime partner in 2016.
“Adele and her partner have separated,” reps for the singer told The Associated Press in April 2019. “They are committed to raising their son together lovingly.”

The two reportedly began dating in 2011. In October 2012 they welcomed son Angelo.
On Jan. 15 the “Rolling in the Deep” singer and Konecki submitted a joint judgment package to the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
A week later, on Jan. 21, Us Weekly reported that the two had reached an agreement on their divorce settlement.
Most of the former couple’s divorce settlement remains confidential, TMZ said, so it’s unclear if the singer has made any other type of payment to her former spouse.
Details about child support are laid out in a separate judgment that hasn’t been publicly filed.
