The Southern California marketing consultant won a weeklong trip to Chicago on Thursday’s episode of “Wheel of Fortune.” The prize includes two round-trip plane tickets; a six-night stay at the Staypineapple hotel in the Loop; $1,000 spending cash; two Chicago Pizza Tours tickets; and Staypineapple’s $2,034.95 “Full Naked Experience” take-home package, which includes the aforementioned bath mat and decorative pillow; European-style bedding; a pair of wash mitts; two microfiber bath robes; a golf-hat-wearing stuffed husky dog named Dash and other items. The collection has been on sale online for $1,526.
Noffke lived in Chicago from 2001-04, but never experienced the city like this. The Nebraska native said he’s only been back once since he moved, and he hasn’t scheduled his vacation yet because of the coronavirus pandemic. “Looking forward to coming back and getting my fill of Chicago deep dish!” Noffke said in an email. He ended up winning $37,970 on Thursday’s episode — including the Chicago trip and a $10,100 vacation to Antigua — but missed out on more dough in the bonus round.
