DuPage County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a domestic shooting near Naperville, authorities said.

The shooting occurred Friday afternoon in an unincorporated area near Naper Boulevard and Keswick Lane, said Justin Kmitch, spokesman for the sheriff’s office. He said “all involved parties are accounted for,” and that there was no danger to residents in the area.

He declined to provide further details, noting the incident remains under investigation.

A spokesman for the Dupage County State’s Attorney’s Office also declined comment and referred calls to the sheriff’s office, noting the incident is under investigation.

Yellow crime scene tape encircled a two-story home in the area Friday, and a large police presence was observed.
