Travis Scott was fined a whopping $200 for throwing a surprise event at a McDonald’s in California, the Houston Chronicle reported.

The 28-year-old artist and Houston native recently partnered with McDonald’s for the promo “Travis Scott Meal,” which has been popular nationwide.

Scott planned the event for employees and customers at a Mickey D’s in Downey, Calif., on Sept. 8, but fans somehow learned about it and packed the parking lot, according to the Chronicle.

Scott was seen on video signing multiple boxes of Reese’s Puffs and generally having a good time with the fans.

Downey police said about 500 people showed up, according to TMZ. Security escorted Scott away after the crowd swelled. McDonald’s was also fined $200.

Perhaps they should not have let The Scotts outside.
