Backstreet’s back, alright!

Backstreet Boys member AJ McLean will compete on the 29th season of ABC’s reality competition series “Dancing with the Stars.”

The pop crooner’s casting was first unveiled on “Good Morning America” Thursday.

“I’ve been dancing since I was about 6 years old, but this is going to be a little bit different,” he said during the announcement. “There’s definitely been no foxtrot [with BSB] the last 27 years, I can assure you that.”

McLean is the second confirmed celebrity participant, following former “Bachelorette” star Kaitlyn Bristowe for the new season, which will kick off Sept. 14.

But he’s not the first Backstreet Boy; his bandmate Nick Carter shook up the show during Season 21 and placed second.

“We’re going for the mirrorball, baby!!” the 42-year-old former teen dream wrote on Twitter. “I am so grateful to [Dancing With the Stars] and [ABC] for the opportunity to be joining this season’s cast… I also want to thank my wife and my two girls for letting Daddy go on this new adventure. I’m doing it ALL for you!”

The rest of Season 29’s cast will be revealed Sept. 2.
