Lizzo is on a health kick.
The plus-sized pop music sensation has revealed that she is vegan and introduced fans to her new diet on social media Tuesday.
She took to her TikTok platform to show her followers what she consumes daily in a video series bluntly titled, “What I Eat in a Day: Tales from a fat Vegan.”
The 32-year-old, three-time Grammy Award winner maintained that switching up her diet wasn’t a challenge, writing, “As a new vegan I’m enjoying exploring flavors from plants & plant based proteins! Every journey is personal & deserves to be celebrated.”
Her breakfast consisted of a thick green smoothie made of coconut water, veggies and frozen vegetables.
For lunch, there was a chopped salad comprised of red cabbage, kale, avocado and broccoli.

“Disclaimer, this isn’t every day, but this was a pretty average one,” Lizzo explained in the video to her 8.8 million followers.
“Being plant-based and vegan has been pretty easy except when I am hung over,” she said in another video.
