
Chick-fil-A announced that it will be shutting down its dining rooms, but keeping most drive-thru and takeout order options open.
In a statement Sunday, the company said, “Our highest priority continues to be the health and well-being of everyone who comes into our restaurants. As we navigate the evolving impact of coronavirus on our communities, we are temporarily closing our dining room seating to help limit person-to-person contact.”

The announcement said some of its restaurants will still be able to serve customers with either its drive-thru, takeout, delivery and mobile order options.
“Thanks for your patience. We know these are challenging times, but we’ll continue to do our best to serve you,” the statement read.
Starbucks, also said it was moving to a takeout model for all of its stores in the U.S. and Canada for at lest two weeks.
The coffee giant announced Sunday it is closing seating in its cafes and patio areas, but customers can still order at the counter, at drive-thrus or on the Starbucks app.
The company will also temporary close stores in what it calls “high social-gathering locations,” such as malls and university campuses, and it will close stores or reduce hours in areas where there are clusters of COVID-19 cases.
