Drivers on busy Irving Park Road at Ravenswood Avenue on the North Side will see closures due to construction on a Metra railroad bridge over the next two weeks.
Westbound Irving Park at the Metra bridge will close from Monday until Saturday, according to Metra spokesman Michael Gillis. Eastbound Irving Park will close from March 23 until March 28.

Detour signs will be posted directing drivers to use Damen, Montrose and Ashland avenues, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.
