A 28-year-old man was killed Tuesday in Flossmoor, according to a report from the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Jordan Averyheart, of Hazel Crest, was found at the 2500 block of Central Drive in Flossmoor.
He was pronounced dead about 10:10 p.m. at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
An autopsy report released Wednesday by the medical examiner’s office showed Averyheart died from multiple sharp force injuries. His death was ruled a homicide.
