(Up from 10) Michael Lachowicz’ brilliant contemporary-French dining room returns to the list (it was on hiatus when my last list came out) following a three-month remodeling project that added the impressive Aboyer and Silencieux dining rooms to the Winnetka space. But George Trois remains the jewel, its 16-to-20 seats nestled into an elegant, white-on-white dining room.
