The early morning rain didn’t stop locals from heading to the Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest to purchase art, grab some bites from local food vendors and see what local artists and artisans had to offer.
The free arts festival was set up along North Glenwood and East Morse avenues in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago and featured about 185 artists and exhibitors, open studios and live entertainment on two outdoor stages. Festivalgoers were able to meet and purchase art directly from the artists as well as enjoy a wide variety of food and beverages from local vendors.
