To the editor,
It makes us very proud to read of Garrett Minich’s achievement to reach the level of Eagle Scout in cooperation with his fellow scouts from Troop 16. [Oak Leaves, June 6]
With controversies swirling around the Scouts over the last many years, it is comforting that both the girls and boys of our town have the opportunity to grow and learn with this wonderful organization.
Congratulations to Garrett on his achievements.
Carrie and Chris Mijal
