Is Trump’s border security declaration actually a constitutional emergency?

This is overreach of the first magnitude. the Founding Fathers did NOT intend this. Nor should we stand for it. Declaring a state of emergency sets a dangerous precedent. If you truly believe in the rule of law and limited government you MUST reject this power grab.
