On Tuesday, Interrobang Theatre Project announced casting for its 2018-19 season opener, “The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia?” by Edward Albee. While the goat in this story is hardly as much fun as the goat at this year’s Tony’s, the play was Pulitzer-finalist following its 2002 Broadway debut.
The company’s co-artistic director, James Yost, will direct a cast that includes Elana Elyce, Tom Jansson, Ryan Liddell and Armando Reyes.
Following an architect named Martin as his pristine life goes to shambles, “The Goat” takes on issues of fidelity and taboo. And, while the goat in this story isn’t nearly as fun as the goat at this year’s Tony’s, the play was Pulitzer-finalist following its 2002 Broadway debut.
The show will play Sept. 7 through Oct. 6 at Rivendell Theatre, 5779 N. Ridge Ave.
