On Wednesday, New American Folk Theatre announced casting for its world premiere of “Scraps,” which tells the story of the Patchwork Girl of Oz after her adventures in the “Oz” books.
Written by the company’s co-artistic director Anthony Whitaker and directed by co-artistic director Jamal Howard, the show will feature Brittney Brown, JD Caudill, Preston Choi, Kelly Combs, Jeffrey Hoge, Vic Kuligoski, Charlie Irving and Kelsey Shipley.
“Scraps” will play September 1 – 29 at The Den Theatre, 1331 N. Milwaukee Ave.
