On Tuesday, Steppenwolf announced that two-time Tony-winner Christine Ebserole will be a part of its upcoming LookOut Series. On July 30, Ebserole joins Seth Redetsky, creator of “Disaster!” and Sirius Radio host, for an unscripted night of music and musings about her esteemed career.

Most recently, Ebserole, a Winnetka native, originated a Tony-nominated performance as Elizabeth Arden in “War Paint,” opposite Patti LuPone. That Goodman Theatre-born performance, along with her roles in “Grey Gardens,” “42nd Street” and “Steel Magnolias” will undoubtedly be a part of the spirited conversation between Ebserole and Redetsky.
Tickets to this conversation will go on sale Friday, June 1.
The program will take place at 6:30pm in Steppenwolf’s Downstairs Theatre (1650 N Halsted). Any additional late-night perfromances will depend on ticket sales, according to Steppenwolf.
