Walt Disney World, which plays host to many event-driven dessert parties, has found another time to satify the sweet tooth of theme park-goers. The After Fireworks Dessert Party debuts at Magic Kingdom on May 28.
This option will include a special viewing spot of the evening’s pyrotechnics in the Plaza Garden, then, after the fireworks are over, an all-you-can-eat dessert offering at Tomorrowland Terrace.

Pricing for the After Fireworks Dessert Party is $69 ($41 for ages 3-9).
The menu is inspired by the lands of Magic Kingdom. It will feature the S’mores Action Station (from Frontierland), Pineapple Delights (Adventureland), Ooey Gooey Toffee Cakes (Liberty Square), Macarons (Fantasyland), a cookie table (Tomorrowland) and Strawberry Tarts (Main Street U.S.A.).
Edibles from the savory side will include cheese cubes, spinach dip and mini eggrolls. Also expect fresh fruit and select beverages.
Magic Kingdom visitors already can make reservations for the After Fireworks Dessert Party at 407-939-3463. Online reservations kick in on May 24, Disney says.
Disney World also offers dessert events before the Magic Kingdom fireworks (currently “Happily Ever After”), at select times aboard its ferryboats and the Liberty Square Riverboat, alongside the “Star Wars” spectaculars and the nightly “Fantasmic” show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, in conjuction with “IllumiNations” at Epcot in the form of the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party, during Christmas and Halloween events and elsewhere. Prices vary.
