A man was fatally stabbed in his chest early Sunday in East Chatham, police said.
Chicago police Sunday morning said they were questioning a 26-year-old woman about the stabbing, which took place shortly after 3:15 a.m. in the 7900 block of South Drexel Avenue. The man, who police said appears in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said Area South detectives are investigating.
