Once again, Centier Bank is showing its tradition of providing WOW experiences to its clients by being chosen as a Neighbor’s Choice Award winner by Post-Tribune readers.

Centier, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned bank celebrated many milestones in 2017 and looks to continue to build on its successes with a banner year in 2018. Centier Bank was once again named among the Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber for the 12th straight year and received national attention by American Banker, ranking No. 5 among the nation’s Best Banks to Work For between $3 billion and $10 billion in assets.

For the annual Neighbor’s Choice Awards, Centier placed first in Lake County for Best Bank, Best in Customer Service, and Best Place to Work, while placing first in Porter County for Best Auto/Home Loan Provider and Best Customer Service.

“At the heart of it all, we remain a true community bank,” states Mike Schrage, president and CEO of Centier Bank. “For years and generations to come, we want clients to know and experience the Centier difference. Through improvements to our online experience, additional communication through social media channels, and an even stronger presence in community initiatives and events, our associates will look to ‘WOW’ and make an impact in our communities.”

Centier currently serves communities throughout Indiana with more than 800 associates and 60 banking offices in 11 counties. In 2018, Centier will further expand with additional offices in Fishers, Elkhart and Michigan City, Indiana.
