player ready...An Aurora man has been charged with punching out the window of an Aurora bar early Monday morning after he was asked to leave the business, according to police.
John Jenkins Jr., 31, 2500 block of Dorothy Drive, was charged with felony criminal damage to property and possession of a controlled substance after officers responded to Ballydoyle, 0-99 block of East New York Street, around 2:47 a.m. for reports that a man had just punched-out a double-paned window at the business.
The Ballydoyle head of security said that Jenkins had been asked to leave the business because he was being disorderly. He then became angry and punched a window of the pub, according to police.
Officers said that during Jenkins’ arrest, several small bags of cocaine were located on his person and in a bag he had in his possession.
