At long last, Goose Island’s original Clybourn location reopens today, Oct. 27, at 4 p.m., the brewery said this afternoon.
What was intended to be a five-month renovation wound up taking twice as long, reemerging as a sleek and markedly new space in the hands of parent company Anheuser-Busch InBev, which bought Goose Island in 2011.
