Well, Toyota Mazda is the latest to say “thanks but no thanks” to moving to Illinois. With onerous taxes, corrupt and dysfunctional politics and occasional weather that can kill you, it’s hard to imagine why any sane person would pass up the chance to set up business in the Land of Lincoln…
