Skender Construction, the contractor responsible for innovative office spaces in Chicago like Google, ConAgra, Kraft, 1871 and the University of Chicago, has a new headquarters.
Located at 1330 W. Fulton St. in the city’s West Town neighborhood, the 38,000-square-foot space is roughly double the size of its previous downtown location. Designed in collaboration with Perkins+Will, concrete and steel touches reflect Skender’s construction identity, while amenities like a carbonated water faucet are sprinkled throughout.
CEO Mark Skender and President Justin Brown took Blue Sky on a tour of the space, which opened earlier this month.
