Aurora police on Thursday released photos of a suspect they believe may have been involved in a shooting last month on the city’s West Side.
The photos, released via Facebook along with a statement from the police department, show a black male with facial hair wearing a white T-shirt and ripped blue jeans apparently running in front of a sidewalk.
Police said they’re asking for help identifying the man because of his alleged involvement in a shooting and “aggravated fleeing and eluding” that occurred Aug. 26 near New Haven Avenue and Hammond Avenue, but did not elaborate on the incident.
