Q: How long have you worked here?

A: Only a few weeks at this location.

Q: How long have you worked at the company?

A: Four years. (It’s been) solid progress. I started as a crew member when I was 16. Then I was a shift leader and now an assistant manager.

Q: How do you like it in Western Springs?

A: So far, so good. All the kids are pretty great. This downtown is pretty cute. I’m still getting used to the direct train noise.

Q: What is your favorite ice cream?

A: Chocolate chip or chocolate marshmallow

Q: What is a big seller?

A: Chocolate peanut butter. A lot of kids like the soft serve ice cream with sprinkles.

Q: What is your favorite TV show?

A: ‘Grey’s Anatomy’

Q: What are your hobbies?

A: I don’t have too many. I have four little sisters so there goes my life.

Q: Have you taken any great vacations?

A: I went to Nashville last year. That was a good time.

Q: What is your pet peeve?

A: Loud chewing

Q: What do you enjoy about being an assistant manager?

A: It’s kind of figuring out how to make the whole day work. Everybody needs to be doing the right thing at the right time.
