So Illinois House Seeaker-for-Life Mike Madigan has scored another victory. Raising the Illinois income tax by a whopping 32% along with hikes in fees and, perhaps the cruelest blow, a hike in the alcohol tax. When the exodus from Illinois increases I suspect the people who are left behind can wonder what happened. We know what happened. We all just got Madiganed. Again.
