ACLU attorney in Virginia Gail Deady speaks after an appeal hearing in the case of Gavin Grimm vs. Gloucester County School Board at the US Court of Appeals in Richmond. Grimm, a transgender male, is seeking a court order to allow him to use the boys restroom at Gloucester High School.
