*Rubin S. Miller, 19, of the 4800 block of Preserve Parkway, Long Grove, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:50 a.m. May 20 on Waukegan Road near Conway Road, according to police. He was released on a $1,200 bond and his next court date is June 20.
Marijuana
*Adam A. Arroyo, 26, of the 5500 block of South Meade Avenue, Chicago, was charged with possession of marijuana on Green Bay Road near Alden Lane at 11:50 a.m. May 31, according to police. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license and speeding, according to police. He was released on a $1,500 bond and his next court date is July 18.
