Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Your late night eats just got cheesier.

Midnight Mac and Cheeserie in Rogers Park will open Friday at 4 p.m. with an insane build-your-own menu allowing guests the opportunity to pile on the cheesy goodness. What are calories, again?

The restaurant was initially set to open April 1, but we’ll mourn the month-and-a-half we lost once we’re full of delicious cheesy pasta.

The 36 topping options range from goat cheese to lobster and will run you $6.75 for a pound—yes, a pound—or $8.25 for two pounds, according to Time Out.

The restaurant will be open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and until midnight on Sunday. Mac and cheese will be available for pick-up or delivery, depending on how lazy and gluttonous you’re feeling.

The restaurant will open at 6979 N. Sheridan Rd.
