The cause of a crash in Oak Forest that killed a 57-year-old Indiana man on Monday remained under investigation, police said.

Joseph C. Heldt, of Dyer, Indiana, was killed when his truck overturned after crashing into the viaduct at 157th Street and Cicero Avenue, Oak Forest Police Chief Tim Kristin said.

The single-vehicle crash happened at about 3:30 p.m., and closed traffic along a section of Cicero Avenue until 9:30 p.m., Kristin said. Metra trains also were delayed, officials said.

No one else was injured in the incident, he said.

Kristin said Suburban Major Accident Reconstruction Team is investigating.
