New Lenox police are seeking help in finding a 50-year-old woman reported missing since the evening of March 19.
Nicole E. Homer left her home in the 500 block of Karen Lane about 5 p.m., but family members did not know where she was heading or why she left, according to New Lenox Police Sgt. Louis Alessandrini.
She is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weights about 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black jacket and black boots, and driving a 2001 Lexus ES 300 that is silver-tan color, according to a police statement. The car’s license plate number is 1381397.

“Nicole suffers from a bi-polar disorder and does not have her medication,” the statement said.
Alessandrini said police have been actively looking for this woman, and have no indication of foul play other than the amount of time she has been gone.
“The number one priority is locating her and to find out that she’s safe,” Alessandrini said.
Anyone with information about Homer or her vehicle is asked to call the New Lenox Police Department at 815-462-6100, or after business hours at 815-485-2500.
