DUI
*Luis A. Barzallo Heras, 47, of the 1500 block of North Pulaski Road, Chicago, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, driving with a revoked driver’s license, driving without being issued a driver’s license, driving without valid insurance, disregarding a stop sign, improper use of a designated lane, failure to reduce speed and the transport of alcohol in an incident police allege happened in the 7400 block of West Diversey Avenue on March 21 at 2:14 a.m. Heras reportedly struck a parked vehicle while driving, police said.
*Raul Bello Carrillo, 46, of the 2500 block of North Montclair Avenue was charged with DUI, transport of alcohol, and improper lane usage in an incident police allege happened in the 7400 block of West Grand Avenue on March 20 at 12:56 a.m.
*Liam P. O’Hagan, 40, of the 2800 block of 77th Avenue was taken into custody for an active warrant out of Cook County on March 19 at 7:01 p.m. in the 7400 block of West Diversey. Officers allege O’Hagan was walking down the street when officers spotted him and took him into custody for a violation of an active probation warrant for DUI from Dec. 12, 2016.
