The Women’s March on Washington opens with a rally at 10 a.m. EST between 3rd and 4th on Independence and ends at 1:15 p.m., when the march begins. The Women’s March on Chicago will start with a rally along Grant Park at 10 a.m. CST. At 11:15 a.m. participants will march down Jackson Boulevard to Federal Plaza.
