New member to join Zoning Board of Appeals
Amy Nedic was appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals by Mayor Arlene Jezierny.
The following expenditures were approved by the Harwood Heights Village Board

HD Supply Waterworks of St. Louis was paid $1,168 for water meter expenses.
McCann Industries of Addison was paid $1,026 for automotive supplies for the village’s backhoe.
The village paid $330,060 to Gurnee-based contractor Joseph J. Henderson & Son for expenses related to the village’s project to upgrade the pump house.
Elk Grove Village-based construction company DiMeo Brothers received a payment for $178,969 for expenses for a water main replacement project.
Contractor Clark Dietz of Chicago was paid $57,000 for engineering services.
The village paid $143 to Christopher B. Burke Engineering for engineering services.
The Printing Station of Elmwood Park was paid $2,072 for printing the 2017 resident and truck vehicle hanger cards.
A $1,314 payment was made to Al Piemonte Ford of Melrose Park for repairs to a police cruiser.
CDS Office Technologies of Springfield was paid $1,612 for police department expenses.
Downer’s Grove-based Current Technologies was paid $1,989 for software maintenance services.
The village’s legal counsel, Ancel Glink, Diamond, Bush, DiCianni & Krafthefer, was paid $9,442.
Accounting firm Miller Cooper & Co. was paid $12,928 for audit fees.
West Suburban Special Recreation Association was paid $13,656.
The village paid $500 for trustees to attend the 2017 legislative breakfast hosted by the West Central Municipal Conference on Feb. 18.

The next Harwood Heights Village Board meeting will be held Jan. 26 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 7300 W. Wilson Ave.
