An employee at a motel on Aurora’s Far East Side is accused of taking money and credit cards from rooms at the business.
Jessica K. Dalsanto, 26, of the 3200 block of 83rd Street, Woodridge, has been charged with felony residential burglary. Two customers told management that money and credit cards had been taken out of their rooms Jan. 4, according to an email from Aurora police spokesman Dan Ferrelli.
After an internal investigation, including a review of video surveillance, Dalsanto was charged with taking items worth a combined $95 from the customers at the motel on the 4300 block of Meridian, Ferrelli said.
Dalsanto is next scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Jan. 30 in Room 4000 at the DuPage County courthouse in Wheaton.
