Barnes & Noble Booksellers, 1468 Spring Hill Mall Blvd. in West Dundee, will hold a free seminar on “How to Write Children’s Books” at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
“The two-hour seminar will give an overview of the process from first words to art to publisher considerations, followed by an extended question and answer period led by author and Judson University professor Janet Riehecky,” said Suzanne Lattanzio, the bookstore’s community business development manager. “Having published over 120 children’s books, Riehecky will share her journey and encourage attendees to start their own journey. This is a wonderful opportunity for any unpublished author.”
