Between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, a home on the 300 block of Evans Avenue was broken into, police spokesman Dan Ferrelli said in an email.
There were signs of forced entry, Ferrelli said. More than $4,000 in jewelry and Christmas gifts were taken, he said.
