A: I don’t care much for baseball, but I’m happy for the Cubs.

A: I read the Bible all the time.
Q: Words you live by?
A: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Q: Charity of choice?
A: The homeless shelter, Housing Forward.
Q: Hidden gem of Oak Park or River Forest?
A: How beautiful the people are. The atmosphere of the city I think is very beautiful. Oak Park offers so much for any age. I love the high school football team, too.
Q: Favorite part of the holidays?
A: Just looking at the Christmas decorations, watching the Christmas train. I’m looking forward to going home to Arkansas for Christmas. I go back home three or four times a year.
Q: What brought you from Arkansas to Chicago?
A: I was a little boy in Arkansas, and I wanted to come here. Adventurous.
