Q: How long have you been running All Aboard Coffee?
A: Fifteen years come this January.
Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: It was a freak accident. I saw an ad for it and I thought the woman wanted someone to help her. She said, ‘No. I’m selling it.’ I spent a day with her and at the end of the day we shook hands. I brought her the money the next day. The deal was done.
Q: What are commuters like?
A: I have my low-key people who are in for the 5:15 a.m. early train and then the people who come in around 7 a.m. They’re a bit rowdier.
Q: What do you like about what you do?
A: The people. They’re the best thing about this job. I have regular customers and I know 80 percent of them by name.
Q: What is your favorite color?
A: Blue
Q: What’s your favorite meal?
A: Pasta. Spaghetti is my favorite.
Q: Who should play you in a movie?
A: Bette Midler. She has a lot of energy. I love that woman.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Watching the Cubs. I love bowling and softball, 12 inch and 16 inch.

A: I have a dog named Caesar. He’s 17-years-old. I used to have two dogs and four cats. He’s the last one.

A: ‘Anything’ by Stephen King.

A: ‘Fiddler on the Roof’
Q: What super power would you like to have?
A: Strength, more and more strength because I am 56 and I’m losing it.
