Homer J. Wilson was indicted by a Kane County grand jury on two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving a child under the age of 13. He denied the charges during a Nov. 3 arraignment before Kane County Judge James Hallock. Wilson is free on $50,000 bail, which was posted by his wife, with his next court appearance scheduled for January, according to court documents.
Authorities arrested Wilson in July following an investigation by the Kane County Child Advocacy Center. Prosecutors allege Wilson fondled the minor over several months between September 2015 and May 2016.
