Ebben S. Knippen, 26, of the 100 block of North Hale Street, was charged with unlawful delivery of 100-400 grams of heroin and 15-100 grams of cocaine, according to Wheaton police Sgt. P.J. Youker. Both are Class X felonies.
Knippen was under investigation by Wheaton police and the DuPage County state’s attorney’s office, police said.
“This was a significant amount of heroin we got off the streets,” Youker said.
