Three men were on the front porch early Sunday morning when a house on Aurora’s West Side was struck by bullets in a drive-by shooting, police said.
At about 4:08 a.m. Sunday, the men, ages 18, 21 and 23, were hanging out on the front porch on the 400 block of Grand Avenue when a newer, white, Nissan or Impala with tinted windows occupied by an unknown number of people drove by southbound on Grand, police spokesman Dan Ferrelli said in an email. Several shots were fired from the car, damaging the house and a vehicle parked in the driveway. The three men on the porch were not hit during the shooting, Ferrelli said.
The motive is not known, Ferrelli said.
